The calendar has flipped to 2022, with the NBA season approaching its halfway point.

Unfortunately for the league and its audience, COVID-19 and untimely injuries are still ravaging most teams.  Although the product has taken a hit over the past month, we’re seeing some of the most electric top-flight superstars forming MVP résumés.

As the All-Star break draws closer, let’s examine some of the prime candidates for this year’s Most Valuable Player award.
